Abstract

Effective performance management stands as the linchpin within an enterprise's internal management system, with its assessment protocols and standards subtly conveying the organization's developmental strategy and operational trajectory. Proficient performance management facilitates the alignment of strategic objectives with specific roles and departments, enabling personnel to diligently execute tasks in accordance with established assessment criteria. This approach not only enhances individual employee's executive capabilities but also ensures task completion and attainment of production and management goals. Consequently, this contributes to bolstering the enterprise's competitiveness (Gruman & Saks, 2011; Layraman, 2022; Abdullahi, Raman, & Solarin, 2022).
