Author's Guidelines

To ensure uniformity and clarity in our publications, we have established the following Manuscript Formatting Guidelines. Authors are requested to adhere to these guidelines when submitting their work for consideration.

  1. General Requirements:

    • Manuscripts must be written in English and submitted as a Word document (.doc or .docx).
    • The manuscript should be double-spaced, with a clear font (e.g., Times New Roman) and 12-point font size.
    • Number all pages consecutively, including tables and figures.
  2. Title and Abstract:

    • The title should be concise, accurately reflect the content, and be centered at the top of the first page in bold.
    • Provide an abstract of 150-300 words summarizing the research's objectives, methods, results, and key conclusions below the title.
  3. Author Information:

    • Include the full names of all authors, along with their affiliations, email addresses, Phone Numbers, and ORCID ID.
    • Author's family name should be stated first before other names.
    • If there are multiple authors from different institutions, use superscript numbers to link authors to their respective affiliations.
    • Authors can optionally include their bibiography at the end of manuscript and before list of references
  4. Headings and Subheadings:

    • Use numbered headings and subheadings to organize the manuscript (e.g., 1. Introduction, 2. Methods, 3. Results).
    • Subheadings should be in bold, aligned to the left, with only the initial letter capitalized.
  5. In-text Citations and References:

    • Follow APA citation style or any other specified by each Journal.
    • Use in-text citations to reference sources, and provide a full reference list at the end of the manuscript.
    • Ensure that all references cited in the text are listed in the reference section and vice versa.
  6. Figures and Tables:

    • All figures and tables must be referenced in the text and placed within the manuscript (not as separate files).
    • Provide clear and concise captions for figures and tables, indicating their source if applicable.
    • Ensure high-resolution images for better clarity.
  7. Equations:

    • Number equations sequentially within parentheses, aligning them to the right.
    • Refer to equations in the text as "Equation (1)" or "Eq. (1)."
  8. Acknowledgments:

    • Acknowledgments, if included, should appear before the reference section after author's bibiography.
    • Acknowledge funding sources, research assistance, or other contributions.
  9. Ethical Considerations:

    • State compliance with ethical standards and approval from relevant ethics committees, if applicable.
    • If the research involves human subjects, obtain informed consent and maintain confidentiality.
  10. Supplementary Material:

  • Supplementary material, such as raw data, multimedia content, or additional figures, can be submitted separately if necessary.
