Publication Ethics

At ZAP Journals, we are committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence, integrity, and inclusivity. Our publication policy outlines the principles and guidelines that govern the submission, review, and publication of scholarly works. We aim to provide a transparent and ethical platform that upholds the highest standards of research and contributes meaningfully to the global discourse.

1. Scope and Focus: ZAP Journals publishes scholarly works across various disciplines, including but not limited to business, education, engineering, health sciences, humanities, social sciences, and STEM. We welcome submissions that align with our commitment to advancing knowledge and promoting cross-disciplinary dialogue.

2. Open Access Philosophy: ZAP Journals adheres to the principles of open access. All our journals operate under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This ensures that published articles are freely accessible, allowing for widespread dissemination and sharing while respecting authors’ rights.

3. Authorship and Contributorship: Authors are expected to adhere to principles of authorship and contributorship. All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the research and agree to the final version of the manuscript. Proper acknowledgment of contributions from individuals who did not meet the criteria for authorship is encouraged.

4. Submission Guidelines: Authors should follow the submission guidelines provided by ZAP Journals. Manuscripts should be prepared according to the specified format and include all necessary components such as abstract, keywords, and references. Submissions not adhering to these guidelines may be returned to authors for revision.

5. Peer Review Process: All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by experts in the relevant field. The double-blind peer review ensures impartial evaluation, constructive feedback, and the maintenance of high-quality standards. Authors are encouraged to respond promptly to reviewer comments and suggestions.

6. Plagiarism and Research Integrity: ZAP Journals takes a strong stance against plagiarism and research misconduct. Submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism, and any unethical practices may result in rejection or retraction. Authors are expected to provide accurate and honest representation of their research, giving proper credit to existing work.

7. Conflict of Interest: Authors, reviewers, and editorial board members are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence the objectivity or integrity of the publication process. Transparency in reporting ensures the credibility of the research and the publication.

8. Multiple Submissions: Manuscripts submitted to ZAP Journals must not be under consideration by any other publication. Simultaneous submissions to multiple journals are not allowed.

9. Appeals and Corrections: Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions, and corrections may be issued if errors or inaccuracies are identified post-publication. ZAP Journals is committed to rectifying any issues promptly and transparently.

10 Acknowledgment of Sources: Authors should appropriately cite and acknowledge all sources of data or ideas that are not their own.

11. Data Transparency: Authors should provide access to raw data if requested, and editors should encourage transparency in reporting.

12. Human and Animal Rights: Research involving human subjects or animals must adhere to ethical standards, and authors should provide evidence of ethical approval.

By adhering to these publication policies, ZAP Journals aims to create a scholarly environment that promotes excellence, transparency, and integrity. We invite authors, reviewers, and readers to actively participate in this commitment to advancing knowledge and contributing meaningfully to the global academic community.
