Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology has emerged as a transformative tool in the construction industry, addressing historical challenges related to management efficiency and incomplete information acquisition. This technology has played a pivotal role in fostering collaborative project management, thereby enhancing resource utilization and data sharing while elevating site management quality. The integration of BIM technology with on-site management systems has become a critical factor in advancing the sustainable development of China's construction industry. This article delves into the significance of this integration and its impact on the industry's trajectory.
