Abstract

Rural housing development is a cornerstone of community growth, and in many instances, the financial resources for such projects are intricately tied to the accumulated wealth of farming families. This wealth, often derived from years of crop cultivation and income from migrant work, forms the primary funding source for constructing houses in rural areas. However, the substantial expenses associated with building houses not only deplete the capital reserves of farmers but also plunge them into new debts. Consequently, the financial strain becomes a significant hurdle, leading to the suspension of various rural construction projects due to insufficient funds.
