COVID-19'S EDUCATIONAL CHALLENGE: ADVERSARIES ADVOCATE FOR MODULAR LEARNING
Abstract
In times of crisis, human judgments can become clouded by greed, leading to uncertainty surrounding one's principles, desires, and commitments. Each individual presents their own unique reasons, opinions, and arguments to justify their actions, either seeking personal gratification or striving for the betterment of the collective. These differing perspectives often reveal the vast disparities in people's beliefs and values, sometimes resulting in heated debates that can be emotionally distressing, tearing at the fabric of relationships and breaking hearts over what might, in essence, be simple misunderstandings. However, despite these challenges, there is a remarkable phenomenon where unity emerges as a collective sense of patriotism and nationalism takes center stage. This abstract examines the complexities of human behavior during crisis situations and how individual decisions can be influenced by greed and self-interest. It delves into the various motivations that drive people to act, whether for personal gain or with the intention of contributing to the common good. The study also explores the contrasting beliefs and opinions that lead to conflicts and debates, highlighting the emotional toll it can take on relationships and individuals. Throughout history, nations have faced numerous crises, and this study seeks to shed light on the common thread of patriotism and nationalism that often arises amidst turmoil. People, despite their differences, come together to display their commitment to the greater cause, offering their time, assistance, and patriotic efforts to overcome adversity as a unified force. The research encompasses various scenarios of crisis, spanning from social and political issues to economic challenges. It analyzes the intricate interplay between personal motivations and collective solidarity, illustrating how crisis situations can act as catalysts, shaping both individuals and societies.
