MINDFULNESS AND CONCENTRATION AMONG WUSHU SPECIALTY STUDENTS USING TAI CHI PREPARATION TECHNIQUES

The study explored Tai Chi as a preparatory technique in Chinese Wushu (kung fu or martial arts) and its correlation with students’ mindfulness levels and concentration levels.
