Meanand standard deviation were used for answering the research questions. t-test statistic was used for testing the hypotheses at .05 level of significance. The findings of the study revealed among others that teachers are involved in the decision-makingprocess under the administration of female head teachers in primary schools in Enugu State. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended among others that workshops and seminars should be organized by the Ministry of Education for the femalehead teachers in order to avail them other critical areas in which teachers can be involved in decision making process
