Abstract

In today's dynamic organizational landscape, in-service training has assumed paramount significance, given the unprecedented advancements in technology and science. This surge of progress has ushered in an era often referred to as the "age of half-life information," signifying that every five years, half of the knowledge residing in the human intellect becomes obsolete, supplanted by fresh insights (Shariatmadari, 1382/2003). Over the past two decades, the nurturing of employees, recognized as the cornerstone of any organization, has garnered substantial attention. Their training holds increasing importance in light of the escalating volume of information and the escalating complexity of occupations. Toffler contends that training stands as the optimal and most efficacious means of navigating the monumental shifts anticipated in future societal paradigms, serving as a linchpin for embracing change. Profound and effective training empowers individuals to attain heightened proficiency and dexterity within their respective professions, thereby enhancing overall work efficiency. Undoubtedly, the more individuals amass knowledge and training pertinent to their roles, the more adeptly they contribute valuable insights for the advancement of their work (Hosseini, 1387/2008).
