Abstract

Effective leadership serves as the cornerstone for the success of businesses, with organizational decisions shaping the collective future. However, the implementation of these decisions and the timely execution of actions depend heavily on the individual's adeptness in time management. While organizational management endeavors to optimize resources and maximize returns, the efficiency of these efforts hinges on the intricate aspect of time allocation by individuals (Mitch, 2017). Philpot (2019) underscores the significance of time management, emphasizing the pivotal role of planning in extracting optimal value from the day. This study delves into the critical interplay between leadership, organizational goals, and individual time management. Time, being an invaluable resource, stands at the nexus of managerial endeavors, determining the realization of organizational objectives. The temporal nature of time adds an element of urgency, as once spent, it cannot be retrieved. Every manager, whether at the organizational or individual level, grapples with the challenge of enhancing time management to propel productivity and achieve overarching goals. Drawing on the insights of Mitch (2017) and Philpot (2019), this research aims to unravel the intricacies of effective time management in the context of leadership and organizational success. It recognizes time as a finite and irreplaceable asset, advocating for strategies that not only optimize its utilization but also contribute to the attainment of broader business objectives. The study caters to the needs of both organizational leaders seeking business development and individuals striving to enhance their personal time management skills. In conclusion, the study posits time management as a linchpin in the realm of effective leadership and organizational efficiency. It advocates for a comprehensive understanding of the temporal constraints faced by managers and individuals alike, offering insights that can inform strategic approaches to maximize productivity and achieve enduring success.
